This fun painting was commissioned as birthday present to the father of a little girl called Ferne. The client wanted a quirky and unusual image based on a photograph of her family. I used real ferne leafs to print a background that also reflected the colours in their home. One of my more unusual commissions; this was a joy to undertake.
